  • Minneapolis Federal Reserve Bank Performed cost and schedule analysis of the asbestos abatement of this landmark facility for Scheher and Associates and served as expert witness for litigation.
  • Ocean Trail Convalescent Center, NC Prepared cost analysis of mold remediation arbitration claim for Patterson, Dilthey, Clay, Bryson & Anderson.
  • University of South Florida Prepared an analysis to determine the impact of moisture intrusion associated with a 12 building University student living community design-build project and identified the defect sources, performed destructive testing to confirm causation, and prepared an estimate to repair the damages.
